Howdy!

The name's Harlee! Welcome to my neocities page. After Tumblr ignored my request for permission to use a page theme, and carrd driving me nuts, I finally caved and went for this site, and oh boy, am I glad I did!

I'm a person with Dissociative Identity Disorder, but it's not something I want to tie into my online life. The only exception is that my co-host, Ciel, has his own Tumblr blog. It's full of untagged Black Butler spoilers, so be warned.

Please do not address me as a system, a multiple, and especially not plural. I am a person with DID. I do not want to discuss it online; it would be appreciated if you didn't pry about my experiences with this disorder. If you were mutuals with the previous host, Juke, you can ask about what happened there, but I doubt I'll give much information after. It was quite unhealthy for Juke to be so interactive with the DID community online. Did far more harm than good.

I'm chronically ill, physically disabled, and use an orange rollator named Roltom. Top if off with a bundle of mental illness, I try to spend most of my time outside of social media. I know how badly it affected the previous host, and how a year long break was healing. I don't want to risk falling back into bad habits; I just want to run forward.

I spend my days building with bricks, playing my favorite mobile jigsaw app, playing Pokemon romhacks, writing poetry, and social justice work. On Fridays, I play D&D with my friends. On the first Saturday of the month, I go to the library for a poetry writing workshop, and on the second and fourth Saturday of the month, I engage with my county's writing guild. A goal is to get a small zine of my poems published.

I've built multiple insect brick sets; once I can get to a local garden, I'm planning on taking pictures and then posting it to my building blog. A dream goal is to get the giant D&D set, but it's over $300, so I'll have to be setting aside money. Once I get it, I'll build it so my group can all enjoy it. I'm also looking into MOCs, so perhaps I'll have more bugs to build, just need to buy the parts. It can get real pricey, but I think it'll be worth it in the end. Once I start building I can't stop until it's done.

I love interacting with all sorts of bugs; something about them is just really neat. I also really love Bug Pokemon! For both the real and fictional, my favorites are the millipedes; Scolipede is based on the species, and I am working on a Scolipede PokeSona. Once I'm busy playing Digimon, I'm sure I'll be finding a favorite bug there too. There's many MOCs for insects and Pokemon, along with Nanoblock sets; I can't wait to build as many as I can.
