Hi, it's wonderful to meet you!Let me introduce myself properly.

The name's Harlee. I'm a chronically ill, physically disabled, and mentally ill. I tend not to bring up my diagnoses in casual conversation, as it's not anyone's business 😉

I am a writer who spends most of my time stuck in daydreams. My hobbies include writing poetry, fanfiction, and playing any Monster Tamer game I can get my paws on.

I've preformed my poetry live multiple times, and have one published in an anthology. My goal is to get my poetry published as its own book, and I'm working with friends and other local poets to help me reach that goal. If you are able to, I highly suggest looking around for local writing groups! You should be able to find some that have poetry sessions, but even if not they can give really good advice. I joined a guild last year and it's been very beneficial.

I live with my QPP, our four cats, and my elderly chihuahua. I do plan on adopting insects one day, starting possibly with a beetle. I adore insects, even those I'm frightened of. I find them very interesting, and I have a book about multiple of them. I plan to write about giant bugs in my original fiction, so it's good research to have on hand.

Before I start gushing about my media interests, here's my boundaries; you just need to click on the the words themselves.

Before You Interact

I block very liberally on all my socials; not all who I block is from a moral judgement of their character, but more of me not vibing with someone and not wanting to risk an uncomfortable interaction.

If you have a page that's neon bright and full of flashing colors, I may block you, as those pages hurt my head very badly. If you have a difficult to read typing quirk, I may block you as I know I wouldn't be able to communicate well, if at all.

I also tend to block those who fill fandom tags with RP post or spam the tag because one or two things made you think of a fandom or character. I'm glad you're having fun, but for me personally it just makes it very difficult to find what I'm searching for. You will find I do the same when it comes to users repeatedly posting ads or many characters that clog up the search.

There's also the possibility that you post something I find triggering, so for my own sanity I'll block you. I'll also do this if you use a lot of terms that make me uncomfortable, even if there's no problematic issues with the terminology being used. This discomfort is a me thing, and I'd never expect someone to change the terminology they use just to make me comfortable. So I find it best to block them so they don't come across someone who highly dislikes their terms and mistake it as me disliking them as an individual.

If your page is filled to the brim with the following terms (to the point they are completely and utterly unavoidable), I most likely will block you for my own comfort. The terms I avoid like the plague are singlet, multiple, fictive, factive, headmate, and plural. I am very happy if those terms work for you, and I will never support harassment over someone using those terms. I personally prefer using more medical terms for my own experiences and have found that too many 'system communities' that use these words sometimes end up spreading dangerous misinformation.

Even if you don't use any of those terms often, if I see the word 'plural', it will be an instant block. I have extremely bad experiences with that word and most of those who use it. My specialist also make it clear to me that in her years of experience of working with dissociative clients and her colleagues, she has come to believe that 'plural' spaces are dangerous and that they tend to target mentally ill children/children in abusive situations to groom them. She advised me to stay away from such communities online, especially after being in them for a few years damaged me, and other clients, greatly.

The same goes even with anti-endo/endo-critical spaces, as they can easily fall into a dog-eat-dog spiral where even they will spread around misinformation, defend and support harassment, spread false information about RAMCOA and bully survivors, and end up hurting people more than helping. I do not interact in ANY system spaces anymore, and outside of this page, I will avoid speaking about my disorder. Do not ask my anything about my experiences, do not address my parts as 'alters' or 'headmates' or 'personalities', and do not call me a system. I do not use those words for myself and do not feel comfortable having those terms and labels forced upon me.

If you are active in any community surrounding mental health, please be careful. It's very easy for those spaces to make you worse without you realizing, and there will always be predators searching around for someone who's in a vulnerable state and hurt you. Please, please, please be careful. Your health and safety is important. I do not care what your stance is on syscourse, you deserve to be surrounded by safe people, and sometimes your own community can and will harm you.

For those who choose to constantly engage in syscourse, on either side, please make sure you actually have a life outside of your disorder/experiences and stop the constant harassment. You are not helping anyone by attacking; just post your reasoning on your own blog, don't cross-tag, and leave it be. It can worsen your dissociative disorder(s)/experiences. Take care of yourselves, okay? I truly hope you do not fall into the same pit I did when I first was diagnosed over a decade ago. It's very hard to heal from it, and I still haven't been able to fully recover.

Pet an animal, eat your favorite food, drink the yummiest sweet treat you can, read a book, take a nap, watch TV, and do your chores when you can. The internet can pull you in and not let you go; fight it. It's a scary world out there, but I fully and truly believe you can find your place to love and be loved by others. Find your courage and go outside, even if it's just to somewhere where no one goes. Just being out of the house is good, and if you're needing to stay in a bed, I suggest watching nature documentaries. Something about distracting yourself with something wonderful and organic can really help!

Be careful with your mind and body; you only have one life, and you don't deserve to live one constantly online and in spaces that may bring more harm than good. I hope you heal from whatever wound you've been dealt. <3

Do Not Interact If...

• You're racist, queerphobic, sexist, pro-life, pro-cop, pro-military, zionist, against BLM, not supportive of the suffering happening in Palestine, Sudan, Syria, the Congo, and every country that is under an oppressor's thumb.

• You're proship/profic/darkfic/comship, anti-anti/radqueer/radinclus/nsfw feral

Your communities are full of actual predators hurting real children and too many of you are so against callouts that you'll defend actual groomers, molesters, and rapists. I want to make this very clear; I consider proshippers, esp loli/shota fans, being a near reflection of conservatives, spouting the same nonsense but doing it "progressively".

I do not, and will not, entertain you or your community. I do not trust you, because I used to be a proshipper and saw a lot of the underbelly of the most popular bloggers, and all I found was abuse of REAL CHILDREN, defending of REAL RAPISTS AND PEDOPHILES, and INSANE RACISM.

Your community has repeatedly defended the grooming I experienced by your fellow proshippers, are just as guilty as antis when it comes to harassment, and while I am glad if predatory antis are called out, it's very concering that your community refuses to listen when we call out people on your side who are sending real rape threats, csam, gore, porn, and other abusive materials to children who they are attempting to groom.

You will not acknowledge the abusers in your own community, so of course it looks like antis have more predators because you won't remove your blinders.

Do not interact with me. We both greatly dislike each other. I don't like harassment on either side, but I will always hate your side more after seeing that 'slippery slope' arguement backfire as I've seen a community that really did make it clear 'IT'S ONLY FICTION, WE HATE ABUSERS' slip into coddling racists, rapists, pedophiles, abusers, transphobes, lesbaphobes, ableists, and agreeing with conservatives when it comes to how they actually abuse children.

Clean up your community.

• You support or use Gen AI, make deepfakes, defend virtual csam since it's "AI made" and supposedly not based on real csam (but it always is), enjoy the constant racist AI videos that portray poc, especially Black women, in ridiculous situations, and the use of AI for school.

• You only support mentally ill people who symptoms supposedly make them say heinous things to the point that you also start threatening the people who are being hurt by the mentally ill person. Just because we're mentally ill doesn't mean we get to skip accountability. That means you have to both support the one in crisis AND the ones who they have harmed. Mental illness is not an excuse to avoid consequences. If you're threatening to rape children and talking about killing trans men and Black people, you're a threat.

We can, and do, hurt people. Even if we were manic, or suffering a moment of psychosis, we still must face the harm we've done. I am grateful people will be ready to support their friends during a mental break, but you are doing your friend a disservice by attacking those they're harassing and even threatening to rape them yourself. You don't actually care about mentally ill people until they start hurting a minority you enjoy to treat terribly.

• You're someone who engage in kinks based around bigotry (nazis, raceplay, dykebreaking) or kinks like incest, ageplay, are interested in real animal junk, not fantasy genitalia.

I tend to avoid cnc spaces, and other kink spaces as a whole, because I have seen a very disturbing increase of unsafe practices, defending predators and abusers in the community, being weird to children and to those who ask (nicely even) to not have kink interaction, and defending breaking people's boundaries and disregarding consent.

It's very sad as someone who is an adult and enjoys kink; I find it similar to how proship spaces got... well, poisoned in a sense by people who do not have the best interest in anyone's safety in mind. Please engage with kink carefully, remember that it's likely your kink is STILL NOT VANILLA and your posts/blogs should be tagged appropriately so people can filter for their own peace of mind.

• You defend bigots and predators just because they're queer, such as defending i-suggest-force-fem even though she's an insanely racist white woman with insanely racist friends who all hate trans men and anyone born 'afab', admit to abusing children and their partners, constantly interacts with pro-contact paras (pedo, zoo, necro) and defends them, sexually threatens others, and sends her goonies to attack anyone who is critical of who she engages with and what concerning ideas she's spouting.

As a nonbinary lesbian, I'm extremely frustrated by my sisters right now because for some reason a bunch of white gold-star lesbians and transfems who are biphobic, acephobic and arophobic, genuinely hate anyone who is cis or transmasc, lying about trans men/drag/nonbinary people, and acting very sinophobic and fetishizing of Chinese sapphics. I'm so upset that my sisters are pulling this shit and it's chased me away from so many sapphic communities. It's not just the TERFs fault that this keeps happening; it's because they're white and hiding behind their very real marginalized existence to shield them from people pushing back against their bigotry.

Queer people can do harm, and we continously step on our siblings of color, especially our Black siblings, while using our status as minorities as a shield. It does not matter if you're trans, gay, a woman, disabled, or mentally ill; our whiteness still protects us and our community routinely steals from Black queer people. Use your brains; people actually being bigoted towards you, or are they holding you accountable? Because too many of us think they're one and the same. Are you supporting queer love and media, or are you supporting WHITE media that just happens to have some queer stuff.

Please do some self relfection.

• Your idea of reclaiming slurs is to use them against people, like the r-slur, which most of y'all can't even reclaim; it's meant for people who are intellectually disabled/delayed. Autism and ADHD do not equal intellectually disabled, though sometimes they can be co-morbid. Most of you don't have the right to use it, and even if you do, you're often using it to be ableist to others. You are the problem.

• If you engage in heavy and constant public ship discourse, antis who suicide bait, antis who deny people's experiences of abuse, antis who attack others for writing dark topics as a whole, antis who purposely break boundaries. Be better than that. You aren't helping anything, you aren't changing the world, you will not be able to convince people to listen. Focus on the victims who have been hurt by proshippers, focus on your healing, focus on loving yourself... please.

• You harass yumeshippers; be it because you don't like the concept, you're upset that someone else shares the same f/o to the point where you get cruel to other yumes, that you harass both sharing and non-sharing alike, if you get pissed because a person of color yume ships with your favorite pale guy, if you genuinely believe that people who yume the same character are the spawn of the devil and should kill themselves and threaten to do it yourself, if you're an adult who romantically/sexually ships themselves with a child character. Overall you don't need to get yumeshipping, just leave them alone.

• If you are endogenic and the like, have tuplas even though you're not a Buddhist, defend reality shifting and system hopping, run build-a-headmate blog, etc, etc: I am not comfortable interacting with you, I am unable to trust your community because of the large overlap of radqueers, paraphiles who are into children/animals/corpse and celebrate it, and so many proships and predators of all kinds. My specialist has also advised me to avoid you, as she and her colleagues have had many serious conversations about the harm (racism & ableism) that happens in those spaces. She made it very, very, very clear that interacting with endos and their communities will worsen me, and she was right. I just kept running into very popular plurals who are active bigots and predators. I cannot trust a community whose "leaders" are openly grooming children into plurality to abuse them.

I have less problems with individuals, but after years of watching misinformation be spread, the constant pushing people to be anti-psychiatry and stop treating their mental health (mind you, I am very critical of psychiatry myself), defending and mocking the abuse of many people with OSDD/DID, wishing they were abused, the threats to groom and abuse children, the daily racism and ableism... I do not, and cannot, feel safe around those communities. If your community cleans up and starts to hold accountability, my stance may change! But for now, I am not comfortable with anyone endo and the like interacting with me. It's not you, the person reading this who might fit under this criteria, who is at fault. I don't support anyone harassing you, I don't support people cross-tagging, and I sure as hell do not support anyone who dares threaten you. Fuck them. I don't vibe with your community but I do not fuck with other people in my community who cross-tag, threaten, and harass; those people are shitty people who should be deplatformed. The constant 'war' between the two 'sides' hasn't helped anyone; it just pushes people into groups who can and will manipulate you to hurt you.

I hope you get the help and support you need. As I said in my BYI... please ensure you have a life outside of constantly posting about your experience; I see so many kids posting all their triggers and too much information that predators use. Be safe no matter what space you are in; there is no such thing as a community without predators. Please be kind to yourself, and if you're in an abusive situation, I truly hope and want you to be able to escape and interact with people in-person. The internet can be a very cruel place to be on. I do not hate you, as an individual, I just distrust and am not fond of the community overall, so for the sake of both our mental healths I do not wish to engage and I hope the best for you.

To those who read through my BYI and DNI, I thank you, even if you decided that I am not one you like (maybe even hate me) and never want to engage with me again. It's best for us all to curate our experiences on the internet, and focus our support on those who have been hurt, especially when the you know nothing will change if you go after the ones causing harm. Use your love before your—possibly understandable—hatred.

I do not support harassment in any shape or form. If I discover you are harassing someone while trying to defend my name, I will first give you a warning to stop, but if you decide to not listen to me, I will block you. Please, I dealt with so much shit in my life already, and those who wanted to help me just ended up hurting me by such actions. Let's be better than them and live our lives the best we can! You cannot help others if you deny yourself a lifejacket and slap away a hand offered to help you onto a lifeboat.

Now with the serious and boring stuff out of the way, I can finally talk about my fandom interests! On the left you will see a box full of ribbons. If you hover over them, text will pop up showing what fandom or interest it is from, and clicking it will take you to where I grabbed them. The same happens with the flags; hovering over them will show the credit to the creator, and if you click them it will lead you to the original person's page.

If you click the 'Interests' button, it'll show you all the stuff I'm into! Be sure to check out the other pages if they interest you. I hope you have a wonderful week.
